The Iranian American Women Foundation (IAWF) is excited to announce its Youth Leadership Conference, scheduled to
take place on November 21st-23rd 2014 at Coastline Community College Newport Beach. The conferences are designed
to improve self confidence and leadership skills by providing personalized assessment/ testing of each participant in
addition to lectures, leadership and career workshops.

IAWF’s staff and committee members have spent countless hours
creating a conference agenda to ensure maximum benefit for all
participants. The Life Academy program includes cognitive
assessment testing, various speakers, panel discussions, and
interactive workshops. The objective of this conference is to
equip the next generation of Iranian-Americans with the
knowledge and skills necessary to succeed in any
