This is NOT a fund raising event.
It is an opportunity to hear from Chief McDonnell about his passion for providing hope for the youth in the tougher neighborhoods while reducing crime in Los Angeles and creating a safer community. The P.A.L. program emphasizes on providing a family type support for the younger kids in neighborhoods that would otherwise end up in gangs.
